Products to Meet your Needs
Plaforization products are available in several
classes, depending on your process needs:
Ecophor A447, Ecophor B700, and Ecophor System can be used
for in-line dip, static dip or flowcoat applications. Ecophor
A 447 can be air-dried or hot forced air-dried, and all of
the products can be oven-dried. You can select a product based
on your process requirements. Ecophor products provide salt
spray results between those of iron phosphating and zinc phosphating.
The products are air degradable and emit virtually no VOCs.
Toran 3 is the newest product in the pretreatment line, offering even higher corrosion resistance, adhesion and impact resistance. It also can be applied by dip or by flowcoat.
